Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Recipients, processors and transfers outside the EU
Your data is intended for authorised Flerüx teams and is never sold. To deliver the service, we rely on selected processors acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality and security commitments:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting.
- Neon: PostgreSQL database, hosted in the European Union (London region).
- Resend: delivery of transactional emails and of the “The Flerüx Letter” newsletter.
- Vercel Blob: media file storage.
Some processors, in particular Vercel (United States), may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, supplemented where relevant by additional safeguards, so as to ensure an adequate level of protection.
5. Retention periods
Data is kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, then deleted or anonymised. Contact messages and partnership requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and follow up reasonably. Applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process, then deleted or archived with your consent. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, which is possible at any time via the link included in every email.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), passwords stored in hashed form, access restricted to authorised staff only, and an internal audit log of administration actions. Despite these measures, no transmission or storage of data can be guaranteed to be entirely infallible.
7. Cookies
The site does not use advertising tracking cookies. For details of any cookies and trackers used and to manage your preferences, please see our dedicated policy: cookie policy.
