These legal notices set out the identity of the publisher and host of the website accessible at https://flerux.com (the “Site”), together with the conditions under which it is made available to users.

2. Hosting

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA (vercel.com), which provides page delivery and publication as well as media file storage through the Vercel Blob service.

The Site’s editorial and management data are stored in a PostgreSQL database operated by Neon, hosted within the European Union (London region).

3. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Site — texts, articles, photographs, illustrations, visual identity, graphic design, layout, logos and structure — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher or of its rights-holding partners.

The name and trademark “Flerüx”, together with the associated logotype, are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, without the publisher’s prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by law.

The visuals published on the Site come, as the case may be, from in-house productions created by or for the publisher, from stock image libraries used under a commercial licence, or from partner creators and contributors who have granted a rights assignment for the benefit of the publisher. Third-party trademarks, product names and distinctive signs that may be mentioned are used for information purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Liability and hyperlinks

The publisher takes the greatest care to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site. However, it cannot guarantee that such information is free from errors or omissions, nor that the Site will be available without interruption. Editorial content is provided for information purposes and constitutes neither advice nor a contractual undertaking.

The Site may direct users, through hyperlinks, to third-party sites over which the publisher has no control as to content or practices. The publisher undertakes to review any request as promptly as possible and, where appropriate, to remove manifestly unlawful content.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Site and these legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts, subject to any applicable mandatory legal provisions.

For activities attached to the Douala establishment, the mandatory provisions of Cameroonian law may apply, in particular with regard to users and partners established in Cameroon.
